Terms of Service

​All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. For custom designs or orders, payment must be made in full prior to work beginning, unless an otherwise agreed upon payment arrangement has been made.
 

Shipping

We have years of experience packaging living animals for transit. Your 3D prints, engravings etc. will be packed with the same attention to detail we've always used. ​

Guarantee

While we do our best to ensure things are packed securely, there will be occasional issues due to how rough the shipping process can be. In the event you receive a box that is outwardly damaged, please take an unboxing video, or several pictures to provide. Even if the items inside are fine, please share those events with us, so we can proactively think about packaging improvements.

In the event that contents are damaged IN SHIPPING, we of course will send replacements as quick as possible.

Please note that items are not toys for regular use, and are subject to breakage if atypical mechanical stress is applied, or warping if exposed to high temperatures. We utilize optimized settings and quality raw materials for our production process for printing, engraving, etc. to minimize these issues, but once items are in the customers hands, wear and tear is outside of our control. There will be no issuance of refunds or replacements for breakage in these circumstances.
