Custom Orders & Design

Any custom orders or design commissioning will require payment upfront before work begins, and will be non-refundable once work has been initiated.

Custom Orders

Please reach out to us at dillon@geckolaboratory.com to place a custom order. Any request for items not listed, or differing from how they are listed (i.e.- custom color choices, sizes, etc) will be considered a custom order. Custom orders will always be made to order, and placed in the print queue accordingly. 

Design work

For custom design work, please email us at dillon@geckolaboratory.com with your request. Please include details, preliminary drawings etc. to help us understand what you're looking for. We are not expert designers, but we will do our best to bring your idea to fruition. If it is something outside of our expertise, we will be upfront and honest, and do our best to refer you to someone that may be able to better meet your needs. Pricing for custom designs will be variable based on complexity (time and skill required to generate the model), and exclusivity (whether it is a model/file that you want to retain for sole use.)
