Both options have free shipping. 
When an order is placed, we will contact you via email so you can decide on your color for your case/stand. We are maintaining limited inventory of Keychain sets, but the stands are print on order, so there will be a slight delay for fulfillment, but we will always do our best to have them shipped within 3-5 business days. 
When you order refill packs, you can contact us with your order number if you would like to change the ratios of styles and colors you'll be receiving.
Please note that the keychains should NOT be transported loaded on the stand within the case.
