Gekko cicakterbang was formerly recognized as Ptychozoon lionotum. If Ptychozoon is resurrected as a genus, it is unclear whether the species will return to lionotum or remain cicakterbang, at this time.

The photo is representative of adults. These geckos are a truly rewarding species to work with. Yet, are not commonly bred in captivity. These are a rarer species of flying gecko, not commonly available. This species does tend to be more flighty, and are much faster than the more commonly available Gekko kuhli.

See our info page about them for more details about them as a species and their care.
